W Operations and Mioto Labs start Joint Venture

Munich – W Operations, the legal service provider of Wallberg Law Tax Advisory GmbH & Cie. KG („Wallberg & Cie.“), is launching a joint venture with the legal tech start-up Mioto Labs GmbH, Berlin („Mioto Labs“). Mioto Labs‘ know-how in the field of automated legal advice meets W Operations‘ extensive expertise in commercial and tax law projects.

The Mioto Labs team is using its exceptional legal tech, legal engineering and coding expertise for the joint venture. The Wallberg & Cie. and W Operations team is providing the joint venture with its legal and tax know-how gained over many years of complex high-end project and transaction work. This combination enables the joint venture to precisely identify use cases, prepare them in a technically sound manner and ultimately transform them into user-friendly, digital solutions.

Mioto Labs and W Operations are already in the final phase of their first joint product development – the first product launch is imminent. Mioto Labs offers Mioto, a no-code automation toolkit that makes it possible to create efficient advisory tools. By simplifying digital processes in legal advice, Mioto makes legal services faster, more efficient and more user-friendly. Mioto Labs only uses servers in the European Union for data storage. The data is processed in full compliance with the GDPR. Additional security is provided by optional two-factor authentication for future products.
